Booking Agreement
​After our consultation, a contract and invoice outlining the details of your day will be provided. Once reviewed, the booking fee must be paid in full before the day will be reserved. Final payment outlined in the invoice will be due on the day of the wedding.

Booking Fee
A non-refundable fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee includes all administrative costs: contract and invoice write up plus any revisions, corresponding emails until the wedding date, trial arrangements.

Travel Fee
All bridal parties are subject to a travel fee, starting at $10 within London, ON and subject to increase dependent on location and distance travelled. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon during consultation

Second Stylist
In order to meet time restrictions, HW Glam will bring a styling assistant as needed or if your wedding party includes 7 or more people. An additional fee will be applied. This will be discussed upon consultation.
